Jennifer Gideon

As the Operations Manager and vCFO for HAS, Jennifer ensures smooth operations, as she assists staff with various projects, reviews work, and aids Angie in managing daily tasks.

Jennifer's journey with us began in late 2023, and her impact has been significant. Her background is impressive and diverse, starting from her 12-year tenure in retail which started while still in high school, which laid the foundation for her exceptional customer service skills. Her academic pursuit led her to a master's degree in accounting, followed by an 8-year stint as a CPA in public accounting. Her favorite role during this time was working as an outsourced CFO, where she honed her skills in identifying client pain points and providing effective solutions. Seeking a better work-life balance, she transitioned to private industry, bringing her vast experience to our team.

She is currently excited about tackling complex problems at work, finding joy in unraveling and resolving challenging situations, much like solving a puzzle. Jennifer's approach to her work is best described in her own words: "Creativity is Great but not in Accounting." This quote reflects her commitment to precision and excellence in her field.

Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid lover of the outdoors, enjoying running, hiking, and swimming.
